On Hippiemoments we only sell digital patterns and these are items that do not require shipping. They can be downloaded right after the purchase has been made. After you have completed your purchase you will receive an email containing a unique URL to download your pattern directly to your computer.

How to download macrame patterns from Hippiemoments, step by step:

1. Purchase your digital pattern from our online store.
2. Wait a few minutes for a confirmation email from Hippiemoments. You may need to look in your junk or spam email folder.
3. Open that email and click on the download link on a regular old desktop computer, NOT your phone.

Return policy

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds for pattern purchases. Due to the nature digital files, they were automatically sent to you the minute you clicked purchase.

However, if you've accidentally purchased the same pattern twice, please let me know, and I'll refund your money for this special circumstance.
